Precious Paws Photography provides:

3. Booking Policies

A. Session Bookings

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received.
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your session.

B. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (less administrative fees).
Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days at our discretion.

C. Studio Rentals

Clients renting the studio are responsible for any damage caused during their rental period.
All renters must comply with posted studio rules regarding equipment, pets, and cleanliness.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Ownership

All photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, and designs on the Website are the property of Precious Paws Photography and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

B. Client Use License

Clients purchasing photo sessions receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of images without a written license agreement is strictly prohibited.

C. Watermark Removal

Images provided for online proofing may include watermarks and are not to be altered or shared without written permission.

5. User Responsibilities
